1. CAREER COUNSELLING CELL
In these days of high connectivity and exposure, the need for career counseling in colleges has become more and more relevant. Our career counseling cell aims to journey with the students and parents in their lives by helping them build more resources within themselves, remove barriers to their growth potential and feel more equipped to find their way in this world.
OBJECTIVES OF THE CELL
(a) To create awareness among the students for their future profession.
(b) To guide the students on various options available in the courses of their study.
(c) To provide information to the students on the scope and relevance of any area irrespective of their field of interest.
(d) To help the students in the development of their self-identity, the use of appropriate social skills for interacting with others.
(e) To guide to develop positive attitude and behavior to meet challenges of life to make it healthier.
2. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE CELL
Matrix Junior College extends financial assistance to students in the form of exemption from college fees. Only those students who obtains a minimum of 85% in HSLC or equivalent examination and who furnish convincing authentic proof of their pecuniary hardship can avail this benefit.
